Tigers on a Role!

Tigers first baseman Chris Shelton was named AL Player of the Week! This is quite a stride within the Tigers organization! The "Tigs" are off to a great start this year. Maybe, just maybe we'll go to the post season! Today they continue their series with defending world champs Chicago White Sox. If they win today they will tie the series up to 1-1.

Chris Shelton joined Lou Brock and Barry Bonds as the only players to homer five times through the first four games of a season and for that I say, play-on playa'!

Thomas! What type of show you running here?!? Good to see the Tiger's rollin', although they have now dropped three in a row. What can you do?

For a couple of golden days last week, the Pistons had the best record in the NBA, the Red Wings had the best record in the NHL and the Tigers were the best team in baseball!
Can't beat Mo' Town!

I love talking Mo' town sports with a fellow "homeboy". Looks like our "tigs" are reverting back to their old ways? Well, we'll see what happens.

Every once in a while I'll try to post some Detroit action for not only our edification, but for ALL!
